There are automatic in game actions that prevent suspicious activity, as the GM said. If you're not doing anything suspicious, you shouldn't see any issues. If you DO have issues, then just fill out a GM ticket and explain it then. GMs are unable to answer any "what if" scenarios such as this.

if it s safe do presents to friends, possibly avoiding suspensions or worst
it s somenthing i want do, but this GM reply is not exactly what i hoped. i decided to avoid gold transactions, donating only some stuffs. choppers or primordial saronites, somenthing useful & appreciated, but not giving directly gold. at the end, just few persons will recieve: 3 or 4.

per say you have the right to give anyone anything "for free" or assuming they didn't pay $ you for it.
If you give away too much it might look like a gold farmer or someone hacking your account, in which case the auto lock of your account might happen, less likely if you have an authenticator on your account but it could still happen. you just have to petition to have your account unlocked and explain/prove you didn't get paid for it.

I would say that if you gave away 1M gold in one day you would probably get the auto-lock

You'll just have to be reactive in this kind of case. Like the GM said, their ingame utilities may flag/suspend you upon detection even if they have prior knowledge of the situation. Just get your phone/email ready for when/if it does happen.
