So looking on their store it seems that you get it for all toons on the account?
" Once activated, this World of Warcraft in-game mount key applies to all present and future characters on a single North American World of Warcraft license."
That makes it a little better , I love the fact that it makes it a mount usable for anywhere in the game unlike a regular flying mount (I suppose the same as the headles horseman mount?)
