Just got it myself for the laughs, unfortunately it doesn't show your own bar or that of unflagged members of the other faction (don't know if it shows for flagged ones), but ti does show the bars of other people based on their gearscore compared to your own.

My main teams:
5x Shamans lvl 85
5-class team lvl 100: Paladin, Druid, Shaman, Mage, Priest
LOL, so he took a Bliz's April Fool and made it real. Epic Woot!
Now if only he will make mob health name plate like this, it would been even less cluttered. I tried using TidyPlates and it was still too confusing.
