I hope the composition with the all melee boxing will still be viable after the changes.... My pallys is only lvl 13 so I have only been fooling around a bit with them, but I coulden't stop laughing at the IWT and the fact that 5 guys are running around and doing hack and slash at everything.

I also laughed the first time my 5 druids startet to cast wrath at the low levels.... it looked like a machine gun going off.

This is what my hunter party is like. I've got the 'Silencer' addon from curse and it's tolerable with the sound on. But I can't wait to find out too. I'm wanting to level up an alt dungeon team = warrior tank, 2xmage dps, and priest healer, and hope that warrior will be easier to tank with later on either next to or over pallies. I love my pally team, but northrend instances for them is damn near impossible for me without a damn good dedicated healer. my rets can't seem to stay alive from the aoe damage from bosses and my now holy pally can't keep the heals up with holy light cause it drains her mana way too fast. still workin on it, but even the easiest heroics for me is a pain. almost got my hunters to 80, so i'm gonna swap them out for dps instead and see how i do with them.

The rets thing might be a gear problem. Because from what i've seen and experienced rets have NO problems keeping the group healed when played properly.

If you click the dropdown menu under my name just above, you can see my tank and ret's armory and gear. the one specced Holy has the same ret gear, but it's in the bank right now instead of equipped. They all have the same gear, with a few differences, and proffs are different on each. One dps has higher crit cause of skinning maxed out, but that's about it. I use the 969 macro for my tank and have no problem holding aggro, I also use Tauntmaster from curse to keep aggro off my party. I use the click macro mentioned somewhere in here for the pally party mockup for the dps rotation, but even that doesn't keep my team alive. I'm now thinkin my team's hit rating should be capped out before I make another attempt, but gearing them now is a little trickier, cause most of the upgrades I need are from emblems I'm tryin to farm. I'm also thinkin about adding another /click to the macro to have the rets cast FoL on themselfs after casting Consecration, just to keep their health up. Already added Cleanse in the last /click so they can keep what they can off them. Should I downgrade the libram I have on them now to the one that adds the extra damage to Divine Storm till I can get them geared better? Any tips would be great here.

    Today is the day!

I would think that their intent is to reduce the rets ability for defensive utility. What does that mean!? I think you could say goodbye to bubble, sheilds, auras stacking, I would say AoW, but I am not sure. Hell they may take away the DS healing part to add in more dps and give rets an interrupt and or a MS type effect that dks received.
