    Yes, lowering your resolution will result in a performance gain.

    If you want, you can keep a large window size, but have ISBoxer scale a smaller resolution up to the size of the window (same performance gain). If you want to try this, pick a smaller resolution that will divide evenly at the same aspect ratio, and put it in "Desired rendering size" in your Window Layout

    Can you say all of the above? A quad core CPU would help, 8 gig RAM would help. a newer video card would help. For now turn the slaves down to the minimum and master to mid-range. You found the common places that lag out the best of them.
