Mouseover for grid doesnt work in combat

I use Isboxer repeater regions w/ grid/clique and out of combat mouseover (Grid) macros work fine, after combat starts mouseover does not work over Grid. I'v tried not loading Clique, and i'v poured through Grids UI but havnt seen any settings for mouseover in/out of combat. Any suggestions?

Not sure on the mouse over macros.
I know the clicks are passed, and with Clique you can bind a given click to whatever spell.

If clicks work but macros don't in combat, consider Vuhdo then.
But if its a UI thing where mouse-over macros aren't working that might be the case for any addon.

i've a mouse-over macro for spotting with my paladin, and it works with the clique frames. though that's on my main session and not passed through in anyway.
