I was under the impression that my wording made it quite obvious that this rumor came from myself. If that was not the case then I want to apologize and blame it to the fact that i'm not a native english speaker. That being said, I don't think anyone is actually waiting for a comp worth a few cents (cost over a year / small outage). The modest price and the quality of the product is enough However I'm not affected as i'm not one of your users. That doesn't mean that it wouldn't be nice from your side to do that though, and it will make you even more loved than you already are.

Needless to say I was quite upset at the time but it was probably the whiskey talking

Overall I'm simply amazed by it and the ease of use. Haven't really read up on it much (which I really should) but with the wizard it makes it a cakewalk setting things up.

Lavish Soft and ISBoxer sites are both down again. Is this part of the primary server fix? I'm at work right now so can't test whether or not I can login to Wow with Innerspace/ISBoxer.

The sites are controlled by the primary server...which is down for maintenance. The backup server is running the license checks...which is working fine.

Apparently the new PSU failed within 20 minutes of being replaced, so we'll have to wait until tomorrow for those sites to be up.

At least the back up is running fine.
So there is uninterrupted service, for anyone who wants to wow.

Web sites are back up as of now. As Fenril said, the new PSU failed pretty much immediately. We had to migrate to different hardware overnight. The backup handled the software perfectly during that time (phew!)
