I have the same problems on Windows 7.

Machine specs:

Asus Rampage II GENE x58 LGA1366
Intel i7 920
OCZ Gold DDR3 1600MHz 12 GB (6x2GB)
EVGA GeForce GTX 260
OCZ Vertex 60GB SSD

The blue screen I'm getting says MACHINE CHECK EXCEPTION.

No idea what's causing it, only happens on the initial boot after some time running WoW. If I reset/reboot, it never crashes again until the next time I turn the PC on.
