Well the bottom click is the filler cast so if you put it down there the times will be messed up. Since I do not have the cast sequence set to restart it does not go off at the start of every fight. With the setup I have my shaman is pretty much full mana all the time.

No click method would matter because you want to cast exactly 4 arcane blast and 1 arcane missles. The macro I listed cast mirror image whenever the spell is ready. It cast all the dps boosting spells when they are off cooldown.

Indeed. The discussion I remember was about latency of castsequence vs. fall through casting.
a plain castsequence workes perfect since some time on my DK tank and I am happy with it there

I don't have shadow bolt because as destruction I use incinerate. If you are deep destruction you should be using incinerate and chaos bolt.

I am deep destro as well, but I use improved Shadow bolt to apply the debuff and to boost the dps of the others.
(reset=target and spaces for 30 sec. So in a boss fight I loose some dps once every 30 sec. Currently I am also speced for improved soul leech for mana regeneration of all casters, might change that as well)
