I have also been using FreefileSync to keep my addons updated between differents computers. It works really great!
FreeFileSync also includes RealtimeSync which enables you to automate updates between folders. Documentation on RealtimeSync is failry non-existence, but with little research you can make it work.

dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/) might be suitable too, and it has the advantage that you automatically have a backup![]()
