Phishing Email or reall Blizzard?

I also get hundreds of these a week, but they arn't smart enough, as all phishing emails i receive relate to US domains and have no mention of the EU servers i'm running on.

sometimes i'll l;og on to them with false details for a laugh (from a Sandboxed VM of course)

this is a "real EU one" I recieved from blizzard a couple of years ago.. (oh the days of wall jumping in BG's :P )
Notice it has been sent in multiple languages - how many spammers do that?

I'm starting to get spam emails for Aion too, and have never played it.

Ill go you one better then that, I have played Aion (Stopped after about a month) I havnt played it since last November, my computer has been formatted twice since then, my password for Aion is unique to Aion (IE not the same as any other password I use)
And my Aion account was hacked around 2-3 weeks ago.... WTF. Seems that Aion is vulnerable to either straight out hacking of their servers to retrieve passwords, or to brute force. Although brute force seems unlikely as my password is long, odd and not something that would be in a typical brute force list.

Actually I should see if they left purchased any game time on it.

You can change your bnet address through your account management page.

Yeah it's just a real pain for me since I have all my game accounts for every game I play on that email. How they managed to get my email is a true mystery to me. It's alright though... If you never follow the links then you're safe. Only way they could get in my stuff is if they ran a password sequencer+could guess my authenticator code. They aren't going to do that when people blindly follow links and freely enter their info on hack sites.

Your Bnet address, because it is actually your login, should be a totally separate address. My bnet address was one I created only for bnet, nothing else is or ever will be tied to it, even if it's wow-related.

You should change your bnet address to a brand new e-mail and have it forward to the address you actually check.
