    Default Launcher Error Code -10

Disclaimer: I was a hardware boxer and have made the jump to software boxing. ISBoxer is still very new to me. I was able to get it up and running and run around Dal with my team, but now I'm getting this weird error:

Failed to execute "C:\WoW\WoW.exe" Inner Space Launcher Error Code -10 (it will help to report Inner Space Error Code -10 if reporting this issue!)

I get this error when I click on my team name to launch the windows.

I was able to run Inner Space fine yesterday and I'm not sure what has changed. I've searched the forums at ISBoxer and Lavish Soft but haven't found anything.

I'm hoping the community here has seen this before and could help a noob.

Have you patched your WoW? On patch days you must start your WoW normally and get the patch installed, then resume your normal play with Innerspace.

I don't know if this is your problem but that is the only thing that I could think of that has changed since yesterday for you.

I ran the patch and can log into my accounts. No issues there. Still can't get the launcher to launch to 5 clients.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, running both as administrator under Windows 7. This is the error message after the installer runs:

System.Security.SecurityException: Requested registry access is not allowed.
    at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowSecurityException(Exceptio nResource resource)
    at Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey.OpenSubKey(String name, Boolean writable)
    at ISBoxer_Toolkit.Program.set_ISPath(String value)
    at ISBoxer_Toolkit.Program.Main()
The Zone of the assembly that failed was:
    My Computer

This is a brand new installation of Windows 7 64 bit. Only thing I added was firewall, av, and google chrome. Not sure why the registry is failing.

Anyone seen similar errors or have a link to some sort of troubleshooting document?

The launcher -10 error so far has only ever been caused by Symantec EndPoint. Is that one of the things you installed? (this particular error isn't something someone at dual-boxing.com would know, you would need to come directly to me)

I'm not sure why the registry thing would fail either. ISBoxer and Inner Space both should pop up a "requires administrator" box when launching. Unless you're on a limited user in Windows that isn't ever allowed to have temporary Administrator permissions (thus the box never coming up) or if you clicked No, then I could see it breaking

I was using Comodo firewall and AV but I have disabled both trying to troubleshoot. I do have the account management windows popping up and I can run the installers as admins.

I'm also getting a fail message on the exporting to inner space feature: "Could not access the main Inner Space Procress" but the team name does show up after the export.

How would be the best way to contact you?

So, it looks like my Comodo AV/Firewall is to blame. I must have installed that after I got ISBoxer working last night. Anyone have any recommendations for AV/Firewall products that play nice with ISBoxer?

I'll keep fiddling with my current software, see if I can whitelist stuff, but I'm open to any referrals

Kasperky Internet Security works fine, with both Keyclone and IS Boxer.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.
