I'll strongly recommend that you play with Keymaps enabled and Repeater disabled.
If you go this route, you'll want to ditch both the whitelist and blacklist options.
When both Keymaps and Repeater are on, Keymaps have priority.
So if you have T set to do something in a Mapped Key, then typing /tell will come up as /ell.
Generally:
Repeater On, Keymaps Off - Entering your password.
Repeater Off, Keymaps On - Playing 99% of the time.
Repeater Off, Keymaps Off - Chatting.
Repeater On, Keymaps On - Clicking a portal or accepting a dialogue box, such as Bind Point confirmation.
1) If you edit your FTL DPS 9 (mapped key), so it sends next click, to a target of an Action Target Group, which the three hunters are in... I believe that will work how you'd like it to.
You'll press 9, and every toon on the team will do whatever is on 9. This includes an FTL Assist, as per the normal keys. In addition, the hunters will each have a target circle for the Volley, and after a click on the main screen, this will disappear.
2) The wizard can give you an FTL set up, so you don't need a Focus based set up. You can set F1 through F5 as your switch keys (or anything else you prefer). If you're using Jamba, you can run a mapped key which will update the Jamba master automatically on a switch, with or without an auto follow component.
You can modify the mapped key that runs, when you switch windows to be whatever you want.
If you click on a character set, and then the 1 (or 2-5) under Slots, it shows either Broadcast this Key or Do this Mapped key, when you switch.
The default Mapped Key is usually JambaMaster or Follow/JambaMaster, depending on whether you wish to have follow or not, on a switch.
I've made ten custom switch mapped keys. Five for melee teams and five for caster teams.
Each is basically Slot 1 is leading the team.... Or Slot 2 is leading the team.
With the toon in Slot 1 running the Slot 1 mapped key.
This mapped key does the original mapped key, and in addition messes around with Action Target Groups, for dynamic movement.
But the point is... you can have it run a mapped key on a switch, which can be a default mapped key for leader changes, or a custom one to do what you want it to.
3) Fenril got this one.
