I'll answer the third issue right off the bat. In your window layout you'll see an option Swap Hot Character to main region... and on each individual slot of your character set you'll see the option and only when I use the above Hotkey. Set those accordingly.

As for using F1 through F12 for repeater...I'm confused as to what you mean by that. Mouse/Keyboard repeater is on Shift+Alt+R by default [or something like that]. You should only be using repeater for, say... typing funny stuff in trade channel on all characters at the same time, trying to set all your characters' Hearthstone at the same time, accepting and turning in quests, etc. ISBoxer by default doesn't use 'broadcasting' the way Keyclone does. White/Blacklists are unnecessary, but the option is there for those who still find it difficult to move away from them. Keymaps/Mapped Keys/Click Bars are the way ISBoxer broadcasts by default.

And for the Hunter's volley, I would probably have to see your config to really tell you more. You are more than welcome to come to the ISBoxer chat and post it there [or post it here ]. Use pastebin.com or something similar when posting a config file. Someone else might see this post and be able to tell you more w/o seeing your config though.
