    Default Druid/Bear Tank...No Regrets after Hours ?

I thinking about to create a Druid Tank. But im a little bit old school, and a tank nees a Sword and a Shield. but The Druid Tank bring some nice Buffs. Have anyone a Druid Tank and still love him? How is it,to watch hours @ his " butt " ? ...If you can..you would change the Druidbaer to another Tank ?

Edit: I mean World of Warcraft..not Everquest.

I enjoy my bear tank a lot more than my pally, though when it comes to pure tankability, my pally definitely has a large lead on easy threat generation.
    Now playing: WoW (Garona)

I won't give up my bear for any other tank class. I played prot pally solobox in BC and Bear tank solobox in Wrath and I loved both but the bear continuously won out especially with my druid/3mage/priest team due to the bear having much better compatibility and aoe threat for that style.

I have been playing a bear in my latest team and the only issue I find is that they do take a little more work to generate large AoE threat, on the plus side they work great for chain pulls being able to run and swipe at the same time to pull multiple mobs.
My main team has a pally tank and he works really well but the druid is a nice change of pace, both tanks are around 5k GS.

My main up until wrath was a feral tank druid and I still use him as my tank for my Dk crew, I wouldn't trade him for any other tank for a melee group, the leader of the pack improved talent and the5 % crit is too nice to pass up . For any other caster type group however I'd go dk tank just for the extra buffs they bring

All said, druid is DEFINITELY a good choice!
