Pally tank 969 macro with Super Duper Macro

I've been seeing a lot more boxers on forums lately making the 969 macro a lot longer then whats really needed. What benefits come from making the macro longer like that?
instead of:

/castsequence reset=combat Holy Shield, Hammer of the Righteous, Consecration, Shield of Righteousness, Judgement of Light
/use 13
/use 14
/startattack

This is not a full 969 rotation your problem is at the reset

HS (9) - HoR (6) - C (9) - ShoR (6) - J (9) - HS (9) - HoR (6) - C (9) - ShoR (6) - J (9)

you can see that you are missing a 6 ability in between your last and first spell after a reset leading to an inefficient rotation with unnecessary wait time

A full rotation using your priority would be:
HS (9) - HoR (6) - C (9) - ShoR (6) - J (9) - HoR (6) - HS (9) - ShoR (6) - C (9) - HoR (6) - J (9) - ShoR (6)
