I agree, when you start out multiboxing you don't need to have a mean machine, but that changes VERY quickly once you get to Outlands or Northrend. I started my multiboxing journey on a 2ghz single core processor and 2gb's of RAM and a 256mb GFX-card.

It ran >smooth> while leveling in vanilla but Orgrimmar during peak hours was just a major pain and Shattrath crashed my computer. I'm not going to poop on your parade but you will need to upgrade to play in Northrend unless you like horrible framerate and freezing. I couldn't even visist northrend on my old computer because as soon as I got on the Zepp it would take forever to load and I would have been taken back to orgrimmar already.

    But good luck!

I ran on a similar machine in BC and it was smooth in all places but shatt. But it really does require a much better computer than what you have matt for smooth BG, arena and end game stuff (dalaran is a bitch)
