Team setup(s)
Hello there, am quite new to the community here and not been boxing very long. so I'd like to greet all warmly
I've got some questions on setting up teams for pve and pvp , it's all probably been asked before but I thought I'd make a post to see what the community is like and such. Anyway...
I've been boxing for just under a month now I think (with RAF)
Finally got my first team to 60 which is made up of: 1 paladin (tank), 2 warlocks (Aff/demo), 1 mage (fire), 1 shaman (resto).
Firstly am wanting to make a PVP team and a PVE team. Because (so I beileve) PVP is harder then PVE, am thinking of having a team all of the same class and maybe spec. 5 Shammies seems to be a nice team as they have mail, can heal and have good dps. They also have knockback spells for melee DPS and have great buffs.
Am also thinking of boosting up another ranged DPS to replace 1 of the warlocks. I was wanting to have a preist when i started but went with 2 locks because it would be simpler to start with. Now am more comfortable with boxing I'd like to make my PVE team all different classes and so wanting to replace 1 lock. This been said am wondering if it would be more productive of me to level my current team all the way to 80 and then use my paladin to boost up another 4 guys with a preist to replace my lock or would it be better to just leave my current guys at 60 and then level my PVP team (5 shammies) and then use the grant a levels from my RAF to level up fresh new 60's?
What do you guys think of this setup (pally, shammy, priest, lock, mage) I know it will be harder then say 1 pally 4 preists but I feel it would be more sucessful with all the buffs and spells. or would it be better to replace the lock with say a boomkin druid for the battle ress and then if i get any loot there would only be 2 cloth wearers and rest don't need to share?
Sort of a long post, sorry about that.
Thanks for your replies, if any.
Regards, LightWrath
