Question PiP "fast switch" between screens - help

I use Key-clone and i have binded to switch between my 3 characters to F9-F10-F11 and it works fine most of the time.

But when i switch the 2 other slaves they dont assist me, because my macros are based to the Main char. I have seen videos like IS-boxer and stuff like that. when they can switch fast and the slaves keep assist and cast with one he switched to.
Can someone please tell me how to do that.

Can someone please help me? Shud i start with IS-boxer insted if that is required?

You Are seeking an focusless setup. This is posible with keyclone, but has a slightly more comicated setup than what isboxer has. Keyclone is a realy good broadcaster, but isboxer offers more options teaks.

There is plenty of guides on how to setup a socalled FTL settup. Just fiddle with it and u wil get it right.
(note no software I tried yet is even close to how fast isboxer is on pip swapping)

with keyclone, make the f9/f10/f11 buttons into macros and use focus to target/assist and Jamba

eg toon 1 is on F9
F9 has a macro with /focus toon 1and /jamba setmeasmaster all or something like that (i think it changed)
    F10 has /focus Toon 2
    F11 has /focus Toon 3

    Toon 2 is on F10
    F9 has /focus Toon1
    F10 has /focus toon2 and /jamba setmeasmaster all
    F11 has /focus toon3
    repeat ad nauseum

notice i use focus on current toon as well as others so that all my damage macros start with /assist focus, so in effect you're assisting yourself which doesn't make sense but the logic in Wow does.

Anyway that's what I used early last year before i made the switch to IS.

and can someone correct the Jamba syntax for changing the 'master'. Tanks.

I got RAF settup now! works fine but its one littel problem i have, I use ineract with target on slaves to run over and loot etc. So I have enabled click to move and unbind W,A,S,D.. so when i switch to them i cant walk normaly and its kinda hard.

Is it any way i can use W,A,S,D on slaves when i move to them?

Yes, you can use either the black list or the white list option in Keyclone. The black list prevents certain keys from being broadcast. So if you add WSAD to you blacklist they will only work on the window you are currently in and not the other windows. Or you can use the white list option which only passes the keys you have on the white list. In this case, you need to put every single key and key combination that you want to go to all windows. In this scenario, you would not put WSAD in the white list. You would only put your DPS keys like 1, 2, 3, 4, etc and other keys that you want to go to all windows. Either way will get you nearly identical results.

KC is a wonderful program to start with.
It is simple, and for the keyboard stuff it is very good.

However the PiP speed and Mouse Broadcasting are not strengths.
And they are for IS Boxer.

I'd recommend doing a trial of IS Boxer, which you can apply for on Lax's site.
That gets you 7 days to use the software and decide if you like it.
The link for a trial is included very early into my guide, which is in my signature.

The basic set up will be done by the wizard, and you'll be up and running in a few minutes.
This will get you the option to switch (almost instantly) from one toon to another.
The slaves can auto follow the new master on a switch, or have no follow option occur automatically.
You can press the follow hotkey manually as well.
By default FTL will have every toon auto assist the main, and do whatever spell is on the same hotkey as the main (press 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, -, =), without the need for any warcraft macro at all.

There are a lot of configuration options to personalize your interface.
If for example, you want it to run similarly to how you have KC currently configured.
Or maybe you'll want to start from scratch.

IS Boxer has phenomenal configuration power, via the mapped keys feature.
Hotkeys which can target the current window, all the other windows except the main, any combination of toons (via action target group) etc.
There are numerous videos on www.isboxer.com, and a lot of users in the IRC for support too (the IRC opens in your browser, and is linked from the isboxer.com main page.

If you decide the software is for you.
Definitely use a referral link when you sign up.
It gets the person who referred you 30-45 days of extra subscription time, depending on if you go for 3 months or a year subscription.
Subscriptions are $10/3 months or $36/year, and you get 15/30 extra days for mentioning a referral.
