Regarding the healing part. I rarely stop to cast heals, I only do that if i'm out of sight from their dps. In the middle of the fight stopping to cast heals doesn't do much if there's 3 of their DPS focusing one of me and I have MS on me.

What I do is no matter what I alyways choose the target closest to me, usually a melee, and when deathgrip is ready I DG one of the healers to interrupt him.

The reason for this is as long as the paladins are in close combat and they keep hitting someting Art of War is always up, and I mean ALWAYS. Not necessarily on all the paladins but at least 2 out of 4 have it up all the time. The moment I can't hit something I'm dead. So my top priority is to hit something no matter what. Sometimes I even hit a hunter or warlock pet just to hit something. That procs my AoW and gives me time to wait until DG is up again.

But many teams get smart and they realize this and their melees run away from me as long as I start pounding on them. Or the hunter/lock pulls the pet away from me. These are the teams that beat me most of the time.

I remember a match where they had 3 healers and 2 MS warriors. They just coudln't kill me no matter how much they were Bladestorming me. The whole game was me switching between the 2 warriors back and forth until I could DG one of the healers and I killed him in one shot literally because I used Wings at that moment on pallies. After that the other 2 healers were low on mana so it was game over. 2 dps can't take me down no matter what and I never run OOM. Actually the more I hit something the more my mana goes up.
