SM - 17 - 40
ZF - 40 - 50
Stratholm: 50-60
Ramparts: 60-64
Sethekk Halls: 64-68
Shadow Labs: 68-70
Then Quested until 80 Averaging 4 - 4:30 hours per level.
(Edit: i did random dungeon queue everytime it was up, usually 40 min wait times zzz)
