Switching to a server that is a few hours ahead of you might work.

All I know is ever since faction changes alliance is almost winning everything. I am on the Nightfall BG and the 'new" zerg AV seems to win 50%(if no zerg 20%) in av now but anything else and it seems like alliance win and their Qs are much faster. I am single or duo boxing also, I dont run 4-5 in BGs anymore. /shrug
