I'm just speculating here, but i'd say you could do alright with good management of your interrupts, cc, and strangulates. Also depending on how you spec them, 4x corpse explosion cast on ghoul pets would be some pretty insane burst
They are a blast in pvp. Not everything has to be for arenas.
