Focusless method and WoLK instances

Im an using the focusless method that was posted here by Decease with great success in getting to lvl80. I am now wanting to do TOC dungeons and wondering how to handle mounts and vehicles. With the way the focusless does the hot-strings I am unable to have the main and slaves attack at the same time when mounted. How are other of you compensating for this?

If you're using KeyClone, there's a way to turn off hotstrings. I bound mine to RShift+Pause/Break. That's how I do my Argent Tournament dailes at Battle Before the Citadel, etc, etc.

If you're using IS Boxer, the follow or strobe follow mapped keys should work with vehicles.
And the vehicle bar (1, 2, 3, 4 etc), will broadcast and auto assist, the same as not being in a vehicle.
