I haven't tried it in ICC, so obviously I'm guessing, but I'm pretty sure that unless you outgear the instance, VE is not going to cut it for tank healing :-)

This is true. At level, the heals from VE stop being enough to keep an honest tank alive around the Underbog.

(well to be honest after 70 I kind of hit a wall with my 5 priests... can't do UK with them... but doing shattered halls was quite an accomplishment... worse the trip... and if I ever finish the grind, they'll be fun in PVP)
