Cast Sequence Help

Try:
/castsequence reset=120 War Stomp,,,,
etc.

If you hit the button within 2 minutes of the last time you hit the button, it will just move to the next toon and cast it for them (since their macro will be at the same position). If you don't hit the button for 2 minutes, it will set back to being toon1's turn. The result being that toon5 will rarely ever cast it. I use this with Frost Nova, and it works great.

so i can use this with frost nova? just replace the spell name?

Just replace the spell name and change the reset time to the cooldown of frostnova.

Sorry for bringing this thread back to life, but i have a question about castsequences on Totems.
Im using the following macro on my main an slaves:
/castsequence [nomodifier] reset=15 Earthbind Totem,,,
/cast [mod:shift] Stoneskin Totem
/cast [mod:alt] Stoneclaw Totem
Moved the "Earthbind Totem" between the commas on slaves etc.
But when i tried to make the following macro it didn't work:
/castsequence [nomodifier] reset=15 Earthbind Totem,,,
/castsequence [mod:shift] Stoneskin Totem,,,
/cast [mod:alt] Stoneclaw Totem

And moved the Moved the "Stoneskin Totem" between the commas on slaves etc.
Pressing Shift and the button wouldn't cast Stoneskin on first my main, then slave 1, 2 etc. They all casted it on the same time, when pressing it again slave 2+3 casted it, then again main + slave 1 casted it, and this just keeps going round and round, it's never Main, 1, 2, 3. Anyone know what im doing wrong?

I can't seem to get this to work:

/assist focus
/castsequence [target=focus-target] Lesser Healing Wave,,,,

/assist focus
/castsequence [target=focus-target] ,Lesser Healing Wave,,,

/assist focus
/castsequence [target=focus-target] ,,Lesser Healing Wave,,

/assist focus
/castsequence [target=focus-target] ,,,Lesser Healing Wave,

/assist focus
/castsequence [target=focus-target] ,,,,Lesser Healing Wave

What happens is the first one goes off with the first key press, then I press 4 more times and rather than going off in sequence, the 4 clones all go off at the 4th press. I think I set the macro up correctly and it should go in sequence but it isn't.

Edit: Actually, sometimes all 5 go off after the 4th or 5th press. Hmmm, I'm doing something wronf but I don't see what. I used the same type of macro for warstomp and tremoe totem and it works just fine."[target=focus-target]" is the only difference really.
