For the IWT melee boxers

Hey everyone,

I just moved to the Kil'Jaeden server and joined the Legion of Boom. Great guild from what I can tell so far, with good conversation.

Anyway, I started a 1 DK + 4 Paladin melee team. In tweaking my setup I ran across a few problems that I finally fixed after a long night of working with macros.

Basically what my problem came down to was that my slaves would always loot a corpse while spamming my attack button. I could solve this only by seperating the assist macro from the IWT macro. But now I was pressing 2 keys which in pvp gives you a slight delay.

If I kept everything tied to my spam dps macros than no matter what I tried my slaves would loot a corpse before acquiring my new target and attacking.

Because my setup allows me to switch screens easily and make a new leader if one dies, everything has to incorporate this functionality.

So what I wanted was something that:

1 - starts attacking on the character I'm currently driving (but not auto selecting a target if no target is currently set)
2 - Has my slaves assist my main
2A - Only if the assisted target is not dead
2B - If the assisted target is dead - clear the target
2C - Actually perform the assist now
2D - startattack on the slaves (without auto selecting a target if none is selected)
3 - Interact with target
4 - dps dps dps

So what I came up with, that works great for button spammers like myself is the following chain of events:

You hit #5 dps key
Macro for your current window - startattack [target=target, harm, nodead]
Macro for slaves assist
/stopmacro [target=assisttarget, harm, nodead]
/stopmacro [target=assisttarget, harm, dead]
/cleartarget
/assist [nomod]player;[nomod:alt,nomod:shift,mod:rctrl]Bloòdmyst;[mod:ralt,nomod:shift,nomod:ctrl]Bloódmyst;[mod:ralt,nomod:shift,mod:rctrl]Bloôdmyst;[mod:ralt,nomod:shift,mod:lctrl]Bloõdmyst;[mod:lalt,nomod:shift,mod:rctrl]Bloödmyst
/startattack [target=assisttarget, nodead]
IWT key now
send dps key to each window


It's sort of hard to explain, but if any melee boxers have the problem of their slaves always looting in the middle of a fight this will fix it. If you need me to i can pm you an ISboxer profile that makes use of it.
