DK/Ret team macros

Other than the DPS spam button, I was wondering what macros you guys with a DK/Ret team have?

I assume that there's one for flash of light onto the tank? Anything else?

Also...given the it does some quite nice damage, do you ever use hand of reckoning? I was thinking of trying to make a macro that the rets would do that and on the second press the DK would do his taunt.
