    Default Anyone whos using a 5 different class setup

    If you have your macros in a .txt file can u publish them im just looking at an overall way to run my chars. Mainly by using modifier:alt's and things like that and how you've setup your healer to avoid overhealing if your casters are spamming etc.
    Anyone got the goods?

    Bind specific keys to the healer, you cannot cast sequence healer. Healing is the hardest part of controlling multiple toons.

    Agreed with above, having separate heal buttons is key I recommend using a Logitech G15 keyboard and setting aside a 6 block of buttons for healing 5 assigned to the various party slots, 1 assigned for group heals such as prayer of healing/chain heal, etc. I'd also work in a healing button or 2 as part of your main bar to heal the tank exclusively.

    Also from my practical experience I'd segment your damage dealing affects so the same buttons arn't used for all DPS. I.E. for my setup I have the following. I.E. my shammy, hunter and warlock all use 2 buttons for dps cast sequence macros, however they don't all use the same 2 so I can effectively scale back damage from one toon or another based on threat so I don't pull aggro away from the tank.

    It really depends on what classes your running. I run multiple toons as I already had a variety of differant classes at 70 when I started multiboxing, but if your leveling fresh characters running multiple of the same/similar classes is much easier...

    I like using shift/alt/ctrl + key to access different character skills. I use a G15 keyboard, G7 mouse, and Nostromo n52, so that allows a pretty good combination of 'combo' keys. I like the n52 for having 4 sets of 15 keys all within a thumb press to alternate between groups. The G15 is nice because it has the 'macro' keys to the left of the keyboard, although I'm not using macros - just duplicate keybinds for them. I'm keeping my eye out for a device with 4 different 'shifts' and at least 20 easily accessible buttons with one hand.. for 80 commands all within a 2-combo keypress. If I can find something that easily handles shift/alt/ctrl/win + (0-9, F1-F12), that'd be ideal.

    The goal would be to have a 'shift' for each character, plus a common 'non-shifted' set of commands for the group. Even though WoW allows it in the keybindings, have you ever tried to Ctrl+F6 on the fly?

    Definitely going to 4-box Diablo 3 after testing the beta for how well this would work.

    I'll soon be 5-boxing 4 classes, and for healing I think I'll set it up like this..

    My tank will be on the left screen, and my 4 alts on the right...

    I'll target with my tank, and only have 1 button for each type of heal on my druid (resto).

    Each heal will /targettarget tank (or whatever it is to target target) and then the heal...
    I'm used to healing quickly like so, as my main is a holy priest.
    Anyways, I'll have to set up so if I'm targeting a mob It'll heal the tank...
    (if anyone knows how to do that, please speak up! =D)

    As far as DPS goes, I'll probably only use 2 or 3 attacks (if even)... 2 warlocks and a mage, btw.

    Tanking will be what I'm doing most of the time, i suppose...

    Default 5-class setup

    My team is passing 60 at the moment. I have mapped the numberpad keys for the secondary toons. Mostly for healing. I haven't spent much time working on additional keys, yet. Currently thinking about how to work CC into the mix (sheep, hunter freeze trap, druid root). Please keep sharing your thoughts and experiences.

    60 War - Prot Spec
    61 Druid - Heal Spec ATM
    61 Priest - Holy Spec
    61 Mage - Arcane Spec
    70 Hunter - Beast Spec

    Ins = Heal Hunter - priest, druid
    1 = Attack, Nuke, use wand
    2 = Back up - all
    3 = Attack, different Nuke, use wand (this one is situational)
    4 = Heal Hunter - priest, druid
    5 = Follow - all
    6 = Heal Druid - priest, druid
    7 = Group Heal - priest, druid
    8 = Heal Pet - priest, druid, hunter
    9 = Heal Priest - priest, druid
    - = Mount - all
    + = Heal Warrior - priest, druid

    * = unassigned (hunter aimed shot)
    del = unassigned (assist war and pet attack
    / = unassigned (hunter steady shot)
