Keyclone issues with Desktop Gamma

My set up:

2 Accounts.
Use Wizard for a Pip set up.

Issue:

OK seems to be that for some reason when I setup this way, I can't get it to get rid of the Gamma Tool Bar that comes up at the bottom of the screen. and I have windowed mode checked off.

What am I doing wrong, I was able to do this b4.
