Keyclone auto-minimizes WoW

I've had this problem for quite some time, and it has discouraged me from even touching my dual-boxing toons for at least 6 months. Whenever I have keyclone running, and I press a key on one keyboard, WoW automatically minimizes on the opposite computer. It works both ways, and happens any time I press any key. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Not really sure on this.
My keyclone never had this issue.

Do you have one keyclone license per computer?
Do you have anything that uses hotstrings, sending something different to each computer?
Have you tried the latest version of keyclone?

yes, only one license per computer
no hotstrings that i know of
yes, have the latest version (i've un-installed and re-installed it several times to try to fix the problem)
