of course, I remember Vyndree said she sat on her feet when playing. She also used Xkeys, N52, mouse and keyboard.

Thanks for all the responses, I think after considering what yall have told me I am going to go for the naga for now. I've been thinking about practical uses for it without breaking the rules. It would provide me with plenty of buttons for my mouse hand in addition to my n52, it would bing more accessibility to those ctrl+# combination's as well as the numpad for additional in game macros.
