Here's a rotation for you:

/cast [stance:1] growl
/castsequence [stance:1] lacerate, Swipe (Bear)(), Maul, Swipe (Bear)()

Has worked fine for me clearing heroics with feral/resto/boomkin*3, though I don't AoE a lot with them as a matter of course.
