IWT for Shaman - is this possible in ISboxer?

I have rotated a rogue into my team recently and I've been trying to figure out the best way to play him. I was just having him /follow focus in the attack macro which mostly works as long as the tank kind of gets the rogue into position. I saw this thread and decided to try IWT which I heard people are using for melee.

I made a slight change to my hotkeynet setup which basically just was broadcasting keys, so now on keyUP for 2, which is the attack key, it sends the IWT key. This was a complete disaster. The rogue runs around like a maniac, doing damage I guess but still running crazy in circles around the mob the whole time. Not only that, when the tank switches targets the rogue runs away in a random direction until he finds out the new focustarget (lag delay).

Are people really using IWT for melee? Hard to believe at this point.

btw I like that idea of down arrow on IWT key release. Need to try that out for all the slaves sometime.
