I think you're mistaking the SATA port labeled "RAID 0" on the motherboard for RAID 0 configurations. You should have 2 or more ports in a cluster all labeled "RAID #" where # is 0, 1, 2, 3, etc. "RAID 0" on my machine is in the same SATA ports as normal (SATA 0 and SATA 2), I just have to configure it for RAID 0 mode in BIOS.
