For Cooldowns I use Deadly Boss Mods with the Spell Timers mod. I posted a screenie here. It won't show trinkets, only spells and abilities.

Not sure about the buffs. I use Pitbull and filter which buffs I see along the bottom of the unit frame. Then I have Debuffs scaled larger and they show to the Right of the frame.
