some advice on 2boxing

Greetings everyone. I love this community! I've been lurking for the past 2 days or so reading old threads. Thank you in advanced for any input on my questions.

My rigs:
main box: 1g ram, amd athalon 2500+ (1.8ghz), ati 9800 512mb, 180gb 7200rpm hdd (can't believe i forgot the name for the hdd controller. its not scsi or ide its the semi new one..anyway..). nostromo n52 speedpad. windows xp pro sp2

1 19" wide screen monitor and 1 1024x768 crt. crt's monitor 2 attached to the digital head of the video card using a digital to standard svga port converter.

2ndary: 1.6gh pentium, 768mb ram, 256mb ati 9700, 40gb 7200 rpm eide hdd. windows xp pro sp2 (no monitor, only have the 2 i listed and they are on the main box)

best method to hydra? load 2 instances of low res/graphix wow on the 19" or run wow on the other box (i'd prefer not to if i can do ok with the former listed way).

So here are the things I'm looking to do:
1>PVE SERVER: level a druid from 1-70 to be my pet tank/farmer. Druid will be on 2ndary acnt. I have a 70 elemental shaman, 63 ret pally, and a 52 warrior on my primary account. Fastest method to level him with my resources?

2> PVP SERVER: level 2 toons simultaniously. i want one of them (the primary toon) to be a warlock. i'm thinking shadowpriest as partner. what spec best suites a hydra team as a lock with a sp partner?

1) Options sorted by druid-lvling-speed, from fastest to slowest:
- Farm instances as high lvl as your druid can enter with any of your high lvl chars.
- Solo a bunch of quests
- Make 2 chars and do a bunch of quests
- Have your high-lvl help you with quests

2) Probably Demonology, even for lvl 10-49 it'll be nice that your voidwalker isn't constantly losing aggro, and from 50+ it simply owns.
