Introducing Signature Generator for Multiboxers [BETA]

The more simplistic version looks fine.. but simple. Being able to choose different backgrounds, templates etc would be good. Good work so far. NOT trying to advertise another site... but I like how this site creates single toon sigs (http://www.mywowcard.com/cards/us/mo...tars/jreya.jpg) ..Being able to do this for my whole team would be awesome.

Oh I so totally agree... This was just something I sorta "threw together" so to speak to try and get positioning and general layout down, that's why I said "background needs some prettying up" lol

What about something like this?

The background is just plain back and can use some prettying up... thoughts? suggestions?

This may get complicated(And impossible) and they are only my thoughts/views/preferences But below the team name I dont particularly like the single image. I would prefer multiple smaller images (Up to 5, layed out 2 on top, 3 on bottom kinda like a pyramid) and you can determine what you would like those to be could be
1. Races of your team
2. Classes of your team
3. Spec of your team

As I say this is getting complex but next to each toon your selecting (In the design phase for users) you could have a choice of these options as radio buttons plus a choice for "No pic" Which would mean that the icon doesnt exist.
This would allow you to pick and choose what is shown in that area while keeping it clean. If you have a variety of classes you can easily show it off, same with races. If you 3 box you just have those shown (I dont think you could easily fit in more then 5 and still keep the bit on the right) If you 5 box all the same race/class you may choose to only use 3 of the 5 icons with them showing race,class and spec.
If its possible to scale and position the pics depending on how many icons you want shown (1 icon like you have now, up to 5) that would be ideal. But I have no idea of the programming behind it all

And then while I was writing this I see you have a new one up

I like the new one, if you could let people upload images for the center image that would be ideal (But prob not practical) and I would have the toon down the bottom as my leader toon, but thats just me and i could do that during design.
The option to add/remove any of the race, class, spec, profession icons would be nice as well.

And as someone else said the ability to change the background colour/pic and text colour.

Those are my thoughts for now, I will be checking back regularly.

I have modified the Signature Generator to use a smaller template now.

All currently generated signatures have been moved to the new template.

If you do not like icon used for your new signature (it was the icon for the 1st member of your team) you can generate a new signature at:

If your signature now shows a blank background, it was broken about a week ago when I did some DB cleanup and will need to be regenerated.

Feature Requests:

1. Instead of "Team <teamname>", let the text box represent the text to go there. I don't have/want a "team name", and would prefer to either leave that area blank, or put my guild name there. It looks strange to have "Team <GuildName>" when I'm not the only one in my guild.
2. Checkboxes for spec/professions. I don't mind having the spec icons, but the extra icons for professions just makes it a little more cluttered.
3. Class colors instead of class icons?
4. Racial shields instead of race/gender portraits?
5. Custom backgrounds? Could just crop the default talent tree backgrounds, or just give a color/pattern picker.
6. A couple different fonts would be cool too
