Key Repeat/Duration

I am currently using ISBoxer to play Champions Online. I haven't seen many people boxing it so this is probably an issue related to just that game. Some of the abilities in the game allow a key to be held down for a set duration over a simple click. I am wondering is there a way in ISBoxer to press 1 key and have it hold down another key for a given duration. I know you can press and hold a key that will map it to another instance of the game for as long as you hold it down. I just wanted to automate that a little more if possible.

But Lax would know for sure, as he's the programmer/owner of IS Boxer.
