I could start off here with listing items you can sell on the AH easily (leg armors, spellthread, belt buckle etc), but i think there's noting more variable then the profit from a proffesion.

Marketprice, competition, mats prices, activity etc. So maybe you wnat to specify it a bit?

A good thing to know i'd say is that you need exalted reputations with Kirin tor and Argent ...(dunno which faction exactly) before you can get the patterns to learn the epic spellthreads. Where you can just learn them from the trainer as a LW.
