Unless I missed something about not questing, you should quest 60-65 in outlands in like 5 hours tops. flying at 60 makes this hands down the fastest way. Otherwise, grind underbog to the second boss.

Well, the thing about questing is... it's not that fast as a boxer. ESPECIALLY in zangar/hellfire.
