With Keyclone, you have very reliable keyboard broadcasting.
There is some mouse broadcasting, but you're generally better off moving the mouse to each window (its faster).
If you want to broadcast the mouse, you could look into a free HKN script for mouse broadcast. Or go with a software option that has strong mouse broadcasting.

    Anyway...

You will want to control movement with your lead character.
And have all of the others on auto follow to the main.

You can use Party Leader (recommended only if you never PvP), or Target assist or Focus assist (each equally ok), or an FTL (Focus, Target and Leader independent) set up. FTL is a lot harder to set up in Keyclone. Starting out I'd go with Focus or Target.

You'll have a PiP swap key for each region, in the maximizer section.
For example, they could be Shift F1 and Shift F2 (or whatever you set).
Then in wow, you want a macro on each toon on these keybinds.
If you use focus, then everyone makes the new leader their focus.
If you use target, then everyone targets the new leader.

Then you set up a follow key.
    /follow [target=focus]
/follow (don't need conditionals, with target based as you are already targeting the leader on all slaves).

    Your nukes are:
    /cast [target=FocusTarget] Nuke
    /cast [target=TargetTarget] Nuke

So no matter who is leading, all the others assist correctly.

    Heals are:
    /cast [target=FocusTarget,Help][target=FocusTargetTarget,Help] Heal
    /cast [target=TargetTarget,Help][target=TargetTargetTarget,Help] Heal

    Again, any toon can drive.
And your healer will heal the target of the lead toon (if that is friendly) so you can control who is healed.
But if the lead toon's target is hostile, then the heal goes to the hostiles target (which will be one of your toons).
