Macro for healing others pet

I am leveling a paly and lock. I am using the paly for heals so I can learn the lock better. I lead with the lock and follow with the paly. I was wondering if/how you can macro to target and heal a pet without knowing its name. So i do not have to write the pets name in the macro everytime I summon a new pet. Can this be done? So this is the palys macro to heal the locks pet.

/target Yourwlock-pet
or
/cast [@Yourwlock-pet] Flash of Light

just replace "Yourwlock" with your warlocks name

/cast [@party1pet]
