Oh , asking me ? Its the thing they do to cure cancer, stop global warming, and turn water into oil.
In other words, it should not be talked about it.
What blizzard ruled in the negative on was intentionally queing against another team, and basically having a predetermined outcome ie: you and I que, but in vent we know its us and you will let me win the match. Teams were able to rank up against each other in normally offpeak hours and then trade wins to each other in efforts to boost rating, and control top spots.
This is a violation of the arena system, and a good way to lose your arena gear / titles.
