Default FTL System + Razor Naga.

Hello fellow boxers, today something really got to me that happened over the weekend. I was playing arena, went 2-8 with my resto friend. And we faced a team of two warlocks, a druid, shaman, and rogue. Now we lost, but the reason why was because, after I killed their rogue and one warlock. I misclicked my totems and didn't receive the stoneclaw glyph shield. So my guys sat there. And they sat there.... and sat there. So I came to the conclusion that I REALLY need a FTL system.

Now most of you will scorn me for this next bit of information. But I use ********. I know, I'm a heritic, scourge me. I also still have a subscription to keyclone set up, because I still support the product and adore this website which has helped so much. I prefer this website over the ******** one. But enough about the softwares. I will set off on a crusade this weekend in hopes of setting up a FTL system with my current boxing program. Should I fail, I have a fall back plan. Now that plan is called ISboxer. I've read things about the program and learned that alot of people use it, for pvp too. Now the problem I have is the need to adapt to a new setup, which I don't really like. So my question after this long story, is A. "Is a FTL system decent and will it improve my boxing capabilites for PVP? B. How hard is it to set up with ISboxer? "

The second part of this post is about the Razor Naga. When I first looked at the mouse I was starstruck. So many buttions. I was wondering if anyone uses this and if it was an idea boxing mouse. Also would I be able to program my FTL system inside of this mouse. Because I detest scrambling over the keyboard in over to press buttons. Thank you so much for reading this and hope you do well this season.

ISBoxer is REALLY easy to setup and you can choose how to use FTL, whether to use Jamba or built-in WoW macros.
I love ISBoxer and honestly think it is the best app out there regardless of the subscription based usage.

With ISBoxer, the video in my sig is true to its statement. Use the Quick Setup Wizard, select the characters, pick from a few simple options, click finish, and you have FTL on 1 through =. So it would work on your Naga without any extra work, just set in 1 through = mode as opposed to the numpad mode.

For an added bonus.. you could change it to only broadcast/ftl from your Naga by switching it to numpad mode and change the hotkeys in ISBoxer's FTL DPS map to match the numpad keys. Then pressing 1 on your keyboard has normal behavior, but pressing 1 on the Naga pad can add the broadcast with FTL. Or you could do the opposite.

You might have to run the Razer software as Administrator to allow it to work alongside ISBoxer

Thank you so much for the rapid responses. I'm highly considering purchasing the product, I most likely will, due to my need to test out everything in order to choose which is the best. Any who, I will stop by my bank and pull out the needed funds for my crusade this weekend. Hopefully best buy will still have a Naga in stock. And my setup to Isboxer won't be as complex as I envision.

I would actually recommend the numpad mode on the naga, that is what I use and i find it extremely functional and the new razor naga software works just fine with isboxer. Also the new naga firmware allows you to rebind the keys on it to anything you want ( alt shift ctrl .. ect ect ). I currently have my instant nuke key and my focus key on the naga, as well as all 3 of my modifier keys ( alt shift ctrl ), my mount keys and my ghost wolf key, it works wonderfully. I will say the naga's ergonomics take a few hours to get used to but I've enjoyed it a lot. It's really not a bad fps mouse either, I play counter strike a good bit and find it to be pretty good there as well.

I also 2nd the opinion that Isboxer is the best boxing software out there, hands down.
