    Thanks

Yes I just need to test it myself.

On a funny note. After fiddeling around with my ui for like hours during the weekend I was finally content everything had beed sorted out the way I like. So I hit the random dungeon button and get Violet Hold. Mind you this is NOT on heroic.
I don't fancy this instance but it's not the worst instance I could have picked up.

I head in, the first portal opens, the gatekeeper spawns and I start tanking with my lvl 80, almost in full epic gear. It goes smoothly until I want to heal the tank a bit then..... * BAHM * all my toons leave their stances/forms - even the tank.

I think wtf? and panic.... my tank starts taking alot more damage and eventually because I freakout I wipe....

The lesson: Remember to redrag the macros you use in Vuhdo so it dosen't pop you out of the current stance.

I kinda lol at that. All was supposed to be all right... but I had forgotten that little detail haha. Gotta love druids and their forms.

    On a total different note:

    Here's my noob main: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sh...l&cn=Weedpower

I would really like a new piece of chest armor for this guy, but the piece you can buy for Triumph badges in dalaran is a bit towards DPS instead of tanking.
I'm considering taking a piece of the PvP gear as it would increase my health alot.

I don't have enough Frost badges to buy a ilvl 260+ chest, but I can quickly farm triumph badges.....

Most of the guides on the net is focused on the "raid" and how to get the über l33t h4x0r gear from raiding... but I will never raid, and probably not get any further than ilvl 245 with my team, which is okey.

Also, I was doing my daily heroic with some random dudes, and this warrior keept pulling aggro from me in tank spec.

He then said: Tank, please keep aggro.

I look at his gear, and he was decked out in 264+271 gear. Lol. He ended up tanking the instance instead.

He could probably sole a fair bit of the instance himself. Also, some of the dps's was pulling 5-7k dps overall during the run.

Comon, give a bear a chance here, lol

I hear ya man, when i decided to do some solo tanking in heroics for what i thought would be a easy break from boxing
i quickly realised how much of a pain in the arse random people can be, its not easy for us bears to out aggro a stupid
warlock/mage/hunters aoe especially when theres a frickin DK who's hell bent on fighting his own target an not my target
even though i put {skull} up.... and then looks at me when his 20k hp has ran out and is like "wtf man? you suck!"
I didnt mind when i ran into a ret pally with over 6k gs who was doing 9k+ dps we just made a deal that i tank, he out dps's
my aggro so he basically tank abit then i taunt off and rinse an repeat not much you can do other than that when gearing
    with such well geared players.

What pisses me off is when new 80's with wank gear putting out an astonishing 1.9k dps pick up aggro cos there fighting there own target or just doing aoe all the time and dont get it when i tell them i dont have endless instant taunts i have CD's
My ele shaman put out about anyware between 3.5k - 6.2kdps and they use an aoe ability in there rotation (chain light)
But i NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER have ANY issues with being out aggro'd
    on anything EVER!!! lol

Right my rant is over lol good lunch break rant this one and if i havent said in guild btw WELCOME

Well pugs can be awesome and really bad.

I tanked a couple of pugs last night, and I made a bad pull. It was clearly by fault, as I misjudged the distance to a pack of mobs. On top of pulling 2x 3 elites, one of the dps got feared into a third group and then hell broke loose.

I laughed while trying to tank the 8-9 mobs at once. Hit all my CD inkl. barskin and hit challening roar. Somehow we managed to take down all these mobs, only because the other guys did a great job - laying traps, containing the mobs etc. etc. and the healer - another druid - did all the right things.

You might be able to tank 12+ elite lvl 80 mobs when you are properly geared, but i'm not, and after the bad pull I apologized and we went on - now that was fun
Some of the guys probably shook their head at me.

lol ninja pulling mobs is something everyone has done, it just happens wether it be the tank dps or healer. But it's deffo better if you manage to survive I think everyone pats themselves on the back and indeed shakes there head at the ninja lol I think it's when you get groups like I had who perposly run ahead pulling mobs expecting you to tank them off them then tell you your going to slow that make me never want to PuG tank again
I had a feckin annoying dk in a group who did exactly that all through UP and on the last boss he decided he wanted to tank, so I just didn't go up the ramp and watched everyones hp dissapear I didn't even enter combat, just said /p that's why your not the fucking tank. Angeldeelite leaves the party...

    haha nice one

I have done the same as the healer in a party. I had trouble healing all the dps and the tank at the same time as the dps keept getting AoE. Especially a hunter and a rouge took alot of damage. The huntard should have been able to move a bit out of the way atleast sometimes, but he just stood so close to the boss and trash he always took alot of damage.

I just stopped healing them. They got very pissed, but I just said: "Don't stand in the stuff that hurts". The hunter logged off. The rouge was a bit more carefull after the first two deaths.

If I play a healer, and I can see my mana drain is to big, I will always choose to heal the tank instead of a dps.
