I guess that's a good thing, directed "smart" heals would be much better for us than a simple spread over every toon, which would involve a lot of overhealing.
nah, this is bad for us due to the fact that we fire off spells in perfect sync.

If healing isn't an issue I'd stay with the high dps rotation and use ds at the same time. I'd only change your rotation if you start needing the heals to be spread.

You could have one use divine sacrifice at the start of every pull to stagger one ds while providing some utility, and for longer fights chain all of them to stagger them all.

This will not work if Divine Storm is 2nd, 3rd or 4th macro being clicked....
cause a /click macro presses EVERY button the divine storm macro gets pressed before it actually gets to that macro and the pre-comma's will have no effect.

I haven't played the Paladin team yet.
    So this is just opinion.

How critical is Divine Storm in your rotation, from the perspective of the heal?
How much of the spell is because it is a DPS move and you are using it to kill the bad guys?

We only have so many things we can do at once.
If DS is a major factor in your toons staying alive, then change the macro position for each toons click.
Theoretically, most of the time they will be clicked at different times.
If you are running four click macros, they could be:
    #1, #2, #3, DS.
    #1, #2, DS, #3.
    #1, DS, #3, #4.
    DS, #1, #3, #4.
If you have 5 pallies instead of 4 + a DK, double up, probably on one of the later casts, when extra healing is less likely to be wasted.

If you figure Art of War procs are the major amount of your heals.
And DS is a lesser thing, then it might be better to just leave your click alone.

But those are the major options.
