Unless you don't like/want that, you might consider doing AV's as well. It's a fun break away and gives a nice amount of xp / honor as well. If you frequent av's you will reach the honor cap when you hit 80. If you are not into pvp, buying 35 epic gems (zircom, cardinal ruby, ...) and sell them for 175-200 gold each (on my server) might give you a nice amount of cash as a fresh 80.
