Need Help

Hello, I wanna dual box a mage and a priest to level 60 with 3x... Can I have some infos on how to do it? I've never did it before.. Exept once but I don't remember how I did it :S

This site isn't the kindest toward people who pop in and want someone to spoon feed them information. There is a wealth of information here, you just need to look for it. You are probably thinking, "what a jerk!". Rest assured that I'm being much nicer than many of those who post after me are going to be.

Best advice? Start with the http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki and then use the ol' Search feature. This is a semi-complex process but if you are willing to do a bit of research you can find some amazing tools and ideas to make your 1-60 RAF x2 an enjoyable experience.

The basic idea is...

Have one account.
From that account's... account management page.
Send your own email an RAF invite.

Use the email to create an account.
Then use a retail copy of the game (battlechest recommended), to upgrade the account.

Group the two toons together.
And probably quest.
Although with Mage/Priest, you can AoE large groups for decent experience too.

If you can find someone who will do instance runs with you.
Boosting (higher level running you through instances) is the best experience.

I'd recommend IS Boxer, as the software to use.
Especially with ground target AoE spells.
Mage can Arcane Explosion, but Blizzard with talent points is much better.
Priest will probably Holy Nova, during AoE.
But being able to broadcast a Mass Dispel for PvP down the road is fun too.

I'd spec the priest Discipline.
Focus on effects to improve your instant casts.
Renew, Penance, Holy Nova, PW: Shield.
You'll use Flash Heal (after Penance) as your main heal.
