Question G13 Users: How do YOU setup your gamepad?

So I'm looking to see how everyone sets up their gamepad.do you use G4 (UP) G10(Left) G11) Down (G12) Right (the keys with the slight indentations) as your 'main' movement keys? This seems to be what the device is pushing you to wards if you dont use the joystick.

However my main concern if I did that is I have no number keys above those movement keys, and no F1-F5 keys either - I map alot of things to those and wondered where I would move those abilities too on the pad.

I know its going to take some laerning to use it as my 'main' form of control and would like to know how others are using it.

I have used a G13 for close to a year now. I do not use any of the number keys for normal movement. The joystick works much better.
Using the joystick for movement allows me to assign all of the keys to what I want. Currently I have top row, running shift+1 , then 1 through 6, with the next row used for modifier buttons (alt, shift, tab) and the 3 last on that row are for moving my team stafing left and right and furthest right is a map key.
The next row down I use for ISBoxer with F5 -F9 assigned so that I can select any of my 5 man team with these keys. The last row I use for jumping, S down key for flying and another modifier key if needed.
I use the left button beside the joystick for F4 which is mapped to all my toons for mounting them and the right buttom click is not currently assigned.
Overall the above works for me BUT I often move stuff around, the only keys I never change are the joystick movement keys, Joystick rules
